Meet the job
As part of our global marketing team you will help frame a design system that will be applied across both print and digital.
You will collaborate with various departments across multiple disciplines (such as sales, R&D, and Professional Services), so it is important that you are able to listen to other people’s ideas and bring those ideas to life.
With a genuine passion for design, you will be up to date with the very latest skills and techniques that will help to push us forward as a business and stay at the forefront of design and technology.
You will report to the Director of Brand and will be based in Amsterdam. This role is full-time.
How about you?
• You are an expert in designing brand identities, including grid systems, editorial layouts and digital experiences across different devices.
• You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
• You can create and maintain pixel perfect style guides.
• You can use use Adobe Creative Suite even in your sleep, and you are able spot a typo from 10 meters away.
• Backbase is a fast moving environment so it is crucial that you are ready to multi-task and can prioritize and organize your own time effectively.
• You have excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management skills
