- You have a good working understanding of tools such as Sketch, Figma, InVision, Hotjar, Firebase, etc.;
- You have excellent presentation skills and the ability to talk about your design decisions in a succinct manner;
- You act as an ambassador; working to educate different audiences through storytelling;
- You will ensure that the Backbase Design System is maintained within each project and synchronized with the team;
- You will work with Design Leadership to align visual principles and support the Design Guild community;
- You will work with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Solution Architects and the team to successfully implement solutions;
- You will collaborate closely with R&D through the UX Guild to review and improve UX definitions, processes and deliverables;
- You have multi-platform experience and a passion for Fintech;
- You are proactive, with a natural enthusiasm for user-centred design;
- You have experience with, or exposure to Brand development & tone of voice highly desirable;
- You have a positive attitude with humility and compassion;
- You enjoy exploring the latest trends in design and software;
- You are someone interested in UX and eager to learn more about user testing and other design skills;
- You have practical experience with handling challenging conversations with various stakeholders;
- You have between 3-5 years professional experience in the domain of UI/Visual Design, with at least 2 years in Customer Success or customer facing roles;
- You have a degree in Digital Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design or similar areas (Master’s degree a plus);
- Your experience in brand and marketing communications is a definite plus;
- You have the ability to travel when required.
