- You have knowledge of the Polish market, how to be successful in this challenging war for talent. To hit the ground running at Backbase, we think you'll need:
- 4+ years of recruitment experience either in-house or agency;
- A background working in fast growing tech companies as a key advisor and stakeholder for hiring;
- To be a subject matter expert in at least one technical hiring domain;
- A track record of sourcing candidates via mainstream and unique channels;
- A passion for putting the candidate experience first and owning the entire process from end to end;
- Clear and concise communication skills (fluent in English, spoken and written); for working with many stakeholders from multiple different disciplines;
- A love for initiating and driving special projects to elevate the recruiting process and implement creative methods to find top tier candidates; The strong belief that work life balance is the key to success.

THE JOB AT BACKBASE
Your primary focus will be sourcing for our R&D and Customer Success teams and you'll get to be a key part of our Backbase vision — to create the banks that people love!
