As Team Lead HR Operations you are responsible for leading a group of regional HR Operations Officers. You are expected to be the subject matter expert for HR Operations and make sure all processes run smoothly, efficiently and compliant to labor law and company policies. You lead by example and support your team to implement best practices following the development of policies, processes, and procedures. You’re willing to help out with, and improve, operational tasks where needed and take on projects to meet the goals of the HR department. You work closely with the HR Business Partners, Recruitment and other Business Support departments. You also onboard, support and provide feedback to HR Operations Officers and handle the most complex questions.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations;
- Bachelor or Master Degree in HR or related field or relevant work experience;
- Strong knowledge of HR operational processes, HR principles and best practices;
- Understanding the basics of leading and coaching a team;
- Fluency in Dutch and English, written and spoken;
- Experience in HR field in an international environment.
