THE JOB AT BACKBASE
You’ll have the opportunity to work in all parts of the recruitment and build greenfield technology channels that ensure that we’re hiring the right people.
You’ll be mentored by one of our team members but have the autonomy to work on your own projects (and thesis if required).
Your primary focus will be creating talent related toolkits to enhance our sourcing capabilities for our APAC talent needs and owning the exciting opportunity to drive automation technologies that enable talent pipeline readiness. You will also deliver exceptional candidate marketing content and interview engagement services as a secondary role.
