Meet the job
You will use your network and your sourcing skills to find and engage the right candidates for Backbase in Latam. You will be responsible for great candidate experience and great internal stakeholder management. You are responsible for creating a team in Latam for the Customer Success and Sales, and Business Support departments building a strong relationship with the department managers. By asking bold, yet brilliant questions, you reveal the candidate’s engagement with the process and their aptitude. Your approach to the candidate experience will be exemplary – so much so that even rejected applicants will be full of commendation for you and our company.
Throughout the process you are aware of the potential of candidates and are good at evaluating their fit within Backbase, you’re not afraid to hand over candidates to other departments if you see a better fit.
How about you?
• 4+ years of recruitment experience in-house or from an agency
• Familiar with IT recruitment processes. Able to understand the IT industry.
• Bachelor degree of similar experience
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience in the Mexican IT labor market. Desirable experience in other Latin IT labor markets.
