- You bring 5+ years of recruitment experience and/or Sourcing experience to the table;
- You have a proven track record of developing recruiting best practices, and diverse candidate sourcing strategies;
- You have experience sourcing and research at all levels, preferably in a global capacity within the software industry;
- You are more than proficient in analyzing data, presenting solutions, and making data-driven decisions;
- You focus on delivering an excellent candidate experience, efficiency, scalability and constant process improvements;
- Your English skills written and spoken are Fluent;
- You are a recruitment fanatic with high standards!;
- You’re sensitive to the needs and idiosyncrasies of candidates from various countries and cultures;
- You have a vast network of potential candidates and interesting sources.
