- You have 5+ years of hands-on experience recruiting tech and non-tech talent;
- You're driven by growing an organization with the best people and you have done this in various technology companies;
- You understand what it takes to find the right talent and you have experience in process management;
- You know the best practices to successfully drive processes and manage full-cycle recruitment;
- You’re a great relationship builder, real talent advisor to candidates and business stakeholders;
- Good understanding of open source technology & architecture principles;
- You enjoy being end-to-end responsible for your recruitment;
- You are a team-player and enjoy being part of a global team;
- Last but not least, you are a rockstar sourcer, always seeking new tools to approach top talent and keep up to date with all recruitment trends.
