As a Senior QA in the QA Foundation team, you will work closely with the QA Guild and your peers in the team to define and implement toolkits and best practices that are essential to build the best test automation solutions for our organization in the most efficient and rewarding way.

We are looking for a professional who:
- Has experience in development and testing and can work on development and testing tasks with ease;.
- Has focus and expertise mainly in test automation with proven experience in building test automation solutions;
- Has proven coding skills and preferably experience in more than one programming languages (java and javascript at least);
- Has proven experience with a number of test automation frameworks and CI/CD tools;
- Can work in all levels of test automation: unit, integration, e2e;
- Can design and implement technical solutions or influence with his/her expertise technical implementations to ensure testability and consequently product quality;
- Is passionate in researching new test tools, methodologies, and trends and upgrading existing practices and processes;.
- Can clearly and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues;
- Understands the company strategy and adapts the technical solutions to fulfill it;
- Keeps aligned with the requirements from different parts of the organization and doesn’t work in isolation or to serve personal interests;
- Can transform high level requirements to technical solutions;
- Can make decisions even when there’s a level of uncertainty.
