Partner success growth - Collaborating with Hubs (APAC), Japan & S.Korea, India BDC and with members of the Partner Ecosystems and Partner Sales teams as part of Partner Board activities to drive Partner Success and related growth activities
Growing partner network, with both global and local/niche players in the region
Creating presentations, playbook pertaining to Partner Success and collateral relevant to Partners
Working with Academy to coordinate on Education programs relevant to partners and ensure partners are up to date on Backbase training, certification and education programs.
Working with Legal and Compliance to ensure all partners go through Compliance checks and Backbase legal process
Work with partners and internal teams to have contract process completed in time.
Create and manage single repository for partner contracts
Administer partner contracts on an ongoing basis in a central repository
Reporting and insights on partner success performance and areas of improvement
Driving and providing best practices for Partner Success.
Driving the relationship and ongoing alignment with Partners, with a focus on local SI partners in the region.
Helping to create and maintain the right culture and working environment with partners.
