- You have over 5 years experience in marketing enterprise software solutions (experience in FinTech is a plus);
- You have a proven track record in designing integrated marketing campaigns and account-based programmes that made an impact on both the Upper and Middle funnel;
- You speak, write, present, persuade, inspire and motivate in fluent English;
- You have strong project management skills and the ability to act decisively.
- You’re comfortable working with different cultures across various time zones.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and knowledge of the modern marketing stack, meaning SalesForce.com, Marketo, LinkedIn and various PPC channels relevant in reaching B2B audiences.
- Street-smart and digital savvy.

THE JOB AT BACKBASE
We haven’t assigned you a desk yet but you’ll be part of a fast-moving and cross-functional Marketing team that collaborates with Product Management, Product Marketing and Sales. Together, you ensure that the campaigns are compelling and offer value to various customer groups and personas.
Within the Marketing team, you orchestrate the campaign creation process and execution, working together with the designers, copywriters and digital marketers as well as liaise with the regional marketing leaders. You’ll be responsible for:
Campaign development: Strategise and launch integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and create impact on the top of the funnel.
Account Based Marketing: Apply a systemic account based outbound approach to engage with the broad target audience within financial institutions. Create memorable moments that deliver value by designing compelling stories and assets, relevant to every stage of the buyer journey.
Go-to-market: Support the launch of new propositions by making sure that Backbase owned channels and assets are up-to-date and impactful.
Measure and learn: We move forward by learning. You measure the impact of your campaigns, analyse performances and continuously look for ways to improve. apply now
