THE JOB AT BACKBASE
Analytics - providing key business insights as we enter our next phase of growth (Demand generation efforts, churn reduction programs, etc.)
Territory Management - Create and manage global region and territory plans for sales organization that align with company's go-to-market strategy and maximized sales productivity.
Compensation - Create motivating plans that drive strong productivity from our sales team.
Collaboration - Work with exec team to facilitate long term planning for kick-off, regional sales meetings, end of quarter war room, QBR's, and sales club trip. Run point on vision and agenda.
Systems & Tools
Salesforce - owning the Salesforce ecosystem and all its related functionality, customization and third-party supporting applications. The expectation is to build out a 12-24-36 month development roadmap.
Other - Managing all systems vendor relationships, maximizing performance while optimizing cost.
Run the Business
Deal Desk - Running point on all custom deals that require inputs from multiple stakeholders and responsibility for quoting tools.
Compliance Audits - Ensuring that sales teams provide all necessary information in our systems of record. (Circles of Influence, Decision Making Units, MEDDIC profiles, contract terms, etc.)
Budget - Ensuring that all expense reports and sales organization expenditures are in line with company expectations. apply now
