- You walked the walk and talked the talk - You have 4+ years of running (Sales) enablement programs and/or sales training experience in a (SaaS) Technology company.
- You aim to deliver the best industry standard of enablement - You are not just building boring learning content, but actively contributing innovative ideas and best practices. You want to be a driving force in forming the most engaging enablement program that delivers solid measurable results.
- You are able to prove the value of your enablement efforts - Getting sales people to go through training is challenging as they have targets to achieve. You know how to articulate the impact of your efforts and why a seller should spend the time to go through it.
- You are a coach by nature - You are high energy, positive and passionate about helping others succeed. You are an exceptional coach through effective questioning, you guide self-evaluation of performance, help our Field Teams diagnose areas for improvement and own the solution.
- You love multi-language and multi-cultural working environments - You have excellent English speaking, writing, presentation skills and you are comfortable working across departments, time zones and multiple cultures.
- You are street smart and digital savvy. A true team player with a sense of humor, hands-on and self-motivated, able to drive progress and hit deadlines.
- You have strong project management skills and the ability to act decisively. Comfortable working across departments, time zones and multiple cultures
- You have the ability to prioritize and plan effectively with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and in ambiguity. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible and adaptable to growth and change.
