- You have experience building and leading a team in the development and rapid delivery of next-generation digital products;
- You have a history of embracing and incubating emerging technology and open source products;
- You have the ability to collaborate with various partners in the tech, startup and academic ecosystems;
- You have the ability to seed and extend innovation into the greater organization to develop key talent, consistent with that of a leading technology company;
- You have exceptional management ability: Manage software engineering teams to deliver technology in support of business objectives;
- You have technical Leadership: the ability to inspire your teammates to deliver quality software solutions;
- You recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead the best engineering talent;
- You have an innovative thinking with a passion for problem-solving;
- You have the ability to provide a logical framework to support conclusions and ideas;
