- Your background includes 10+ years solid and consistent track record in full-cycle enterprise solutions sales including negotiating high-value, multi-year deals.
- You are a sales leader who has shown results at growth-stage enterprise SaaS companies.
- You have successfully been building, scaling and leading high functioning, international sales teams.
- You have a high level of comfort and confidence to communicate and sell into C-Level.
- You are a team-player that thrives in helping others succeed; you require little supervision and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- You possess the mental fortitude to get things done when the solution is less than clear; you are a problem solver.
- You respect your time and that of others; you deliver exactly what you promise.
- You have preferably experience and network within the FSI.

THE JOB AT BACKBASE
This role is a combination of strategic thinking, team management and pure hands-on hunting to ensure you hit the critical success measurements: revenue achieved and satisfied & reference-able customers.
You will work alongside with your peers in Asia, Europe and Americas, and collaborate closely with the global team, including a tight-knit team of pre-sales engineers.
