Backbase is expanding. There is no doubt that we have the best possible solution in our niche market. But if you think that winning over clients comes by itself, think again. It can be a tough process.
You will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives into the Financial Services Industry in your region.
An assigned and dedicated Business Development Manager will support you in lead qualification and sales opportunities. Your accounts will be a blend of clients with additional revenue opportunities and prospects. You negotiate pricing & close contracts (with support of senior management).
You turn (potential) customer’s business issues, latent needs or technology pain points into compelling solutions and vision. Collaborate with a tight knit team of world-class pre-sales engineers feeding them with spot-on intelligence to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statements.
We will measure you on revenue achievement and satisfied & reference-able customers. You will be part of the Global Sales Team and report to the VP of Sales.
How about you?
-You are a proven, quota-carrying sales performer, able to sell on C-Level and across both IT and Business units.
-Having experience in Digital Sales, Enterprise Sales and/or Banking Software Sales is a important requirement for this position.
-Maintaining a high level of productivity, managing multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints will make you successful at Backbase.
-You have a strong technical aptitude (WCM/Digital Marketing/Web Services, IT Landscape, red).
