- You have 4+ years of recruitment experience in-house or from an agency;
- You're are driven by growing an organization with the best people and you have done this in various technology companies;
- You understand what it takes to find the right tech talent within Europe and you have experience in process management;
- You have to demonstrate knowledge of “best in class” sourcing and recruiting practices with varied recruitment sources;
- You enjoy being end-to-end responsible for your recruitment;
- You love initiating and driving special projects to elevate the recruiting process and implement creative methods to find top tier candidates.
