Meet the job
As a technical subject matter expert in the team responsible for developing Backbase Identity – our unified Identity and Access Management solution – you will be supporting customers and our Customer Success consultants as they implement and extend our product at some of the world’s leading financial institutions.
We expect you to create your own vision and contribute enhancements to make the product easier to work with – whether that be code changes, documentation improvements, tooling or anything else that you think will help adoption of our product.
We are building a product that’s expanding, and we are not even halfway yet. Millions of people around the world rely on the products we create at Backbase for their daily banking activities. Hundreds of financial institutions use the Backbase platform. We got here by delivering an exquisite digital platform and staying true to ourselves. At Backbase we work Agile and change is constant.
How about you?
● You have proven experience with production systems and dealing with production issues;
● You are comfortable engaging directly with customers;
● We are a global company and fluency in English will help you succeed;
● We are looking forward to learning about your additional skills, for example Java 8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Rest APIs, Microservices, design patterns and TDD.
