•Strong stakeholder management, communication skills (to the point, warm but firm when needed)
•Advisor to the Management Team (sharing the impact of choices on search and eventual hires)
•Connect the leadership hiring to overall company and TA strategy
•Strong in calibrating criteria and needs throughout the process
•10-15 years of Recruiting experience, of which at least 5 in leadership hiring
•Active network in leadership hiring (experience in fintech, digital or in E-commerce environment)
•Technical and functional recruiting background, ability to source and create talent maps next to networking
•Good understanding of behavioral sourcing and able to convert this in practice.
•Drive decisions with a data driven approach
