Backbase is expanding. In just five years, we grew from 50 to 800 employees and have no intention of stopping yet! We employ more than 55 nationalities, hiring candidates from all over the world. Recruitment at Backbase means you are in the driver’s seat when it comes to defining the culture of our company.
Meet the job
You will use your network and your sourcing skills to find and engage the right candidates for Backbase. You will be responsible for a great candidate experience and great internal stakeholder management. You will be hiring for Finance, Legal, HR, ICT and occasionally Sales roles.
By asking bold, yet brilliant questions, you reveal the candidate’s engagement with the process and their aptitude. This is the environment to do that, and you will be able to sell the same benefits to candidates. Your approach to the candidate experience will be exemplary – so much so that even rejected applicants will be full of commendation for you and our company.
Your drive will support our ambition to bring Recruitment to the next level. Next to this you will lead various Recruitment projects that will support us on this journey.
You will be part of an international team that works hard and has a lot of fun while doing this.
What’s in it for me?
You will be supporting more experienced recruiters in team who will give you day-to-day guidance on how to become an awesome recruiter. You will learn the dos and don'ts of stakeholder management, candidate engagement and sourcing. If you do a great job you can be a stand alone end-to-end recruiter in 6-12 months.
How about you?
● In-house end-to-end Recruitment experience
● Alternatively you come from a recruitment agency with the willingness to join the “light side”, i.e.: Corporate Recruitment
● You are a hunter and are focussed on building your own pipeline.
● You are a skilled process manager, able to quickly switch between tasks and projects.
● Next to being a good interviewer, you know when to entertain with small talk, and when to turn to a business tone of voice.
● You are a recruitment fanatic with high standards!
