- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations;
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or generalist supporting senior leaders at global companies;
- 1+ years of experience in delivering training and/or facilitating workshops with an engaging presentation and interaction style is preferred;
- Knowledge of local law and regulations is a pre;
- Fluency in Polish and English, written and verbal.
- Knowledge about the IT and/or fin-tech industry.

Partnering with the business and your HR colleagues, you are first line support for managers and employees in a broad range of HR topics. Expert for HR Operations in close cooperation with your HR Operations in the Netherlands, you work in an all-round job with a wide range of activities, make sure all HR Operations processes run smoothly and are a first or second point of contact for HR questions from employees worldwide. You will report directly to the HR Director.
