Meet the job
We want you to build a pipeline of growth testing experiments based on ideas and hypotheses in cooperation with the Brand and Growth Marketing teams.
You’ll work closely with the data analysts (Salesforce and Marketo) to successfully measure the business impact of our growth experiments and assess new testing opportunities. As well as reporting on the effectiveness of our growth efforts in key markets. We need someone to constantly scrutinize and analyze all ongoing marketing initiatives and react appropriately to capitalize on growth opportunities.
How about you?
● We're looking for an analytical creative individual to experiment, iterate quickly and optimize continuously.
● 2+ years of analytical, operational and/or consulting experience at SaaS or B2B technology companies, in marketing, direct marketing, or demand generation roles
● Ability to work in a demanding, fast paced, high growth environment under tight deadlines
● Good understanding of what user lifecycle is and how to optimise each of its different stages
● Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment
● Data-driven personality with willingness to take calculated risks
● Experience working with data scientists, data visualization tools, attribution modeling, and data feeds
● Hands-on, proactive approach and established testing philosophy
● Experience with A/B testing
● Doer attitude and obsession with results
