With your data driven approach you create insights and track the revenue contribution and attribution of our global and local B2B online marketing campaigns. You will think creatively and analytically and work collaboratively across the organization. You continuously run experiments to maximize lead generation and customer engagement. To be successful in this role, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
Being part of an international marketing team, you will work closely together with the field marketing managers, campaign marketeers, digital marketing specialist, copywriters and visual designers to create impactful online campaigns. You are based in our Amsterdam HQ and report directly to the Director of Growth and Marketing.

We're looking for an analytical and creative individual to experiment, iterate quickly and optimize continuously;
- 5+ years of developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and demand gen programs, of which the majority in B2B;
- Proficiency in Google Adwords, Analytics, Data Studio, Linkedin Campaign Manager and demonstrated experience in B2B full funnel measurability;
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast paced, high growth environment under tight deadlines;
- Solid understanding and experience of what user lifecycle is and how to optimize each of its different stages;
- Great communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment;
- Data-driven personality with willingness to take calculated risks;
- Experience working with data scientists, data visualization tools, attribution modeling, and data feeds;
- Hands-on, proactive approach and established testing philosophy;
- Experience in modern digital Account Based Marketing practices.
