Lead one or two global Customer Accounts together with a Sales and Technology Director and ensure value for both our customer and Backbase.
Meet the job
You are part of the Customer Success leadership team and work as a trilogy with the Sales Director and Technology Director. The three of you are responsible making decisions and set the teams up for (customer) success. Together we create a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
You are responsible for the delivery of projects ranging from implementation projects,consultancy projects, product development to training. Following our customers’ digital strategy, you write plans to realise this strategy, monitor progress against that plan and how Backbase supports this effort. Finally, you will spend about half of your time on-site at various customer and integration partners locations, so extensive travel is required.

You are able to provide delivery best practice insights and advice to both customers and Backbase regarding Front-end and UI Integrations.
An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment and experience in managing development projects will make you more successful.
