Banks, our clients, are usually conservative in their digital transformation and this is where you come into play. You will become a trusted advisor consulting our enterprise customers on best practices as well as growth and optimization strategies.
Keeping enterprise customers happy is no easy task. That’s why you’ll be responsible for the management and execution of a Customer Satisfaction program to measure customer satisfaction and establish improvement targets.
Besides listening to customer feedback, you’ll also keep an eye out on industry trends and advocate feature requests and product developments to make sure that we keep innovating and stay ahead of the market.
