THE JOB AT BACKBASE
You join the Instructional Designers team meeting and discuss the progress on the technical courses you are working on and will publish in the next release cycle. Where you need help, you ask for it as well as offer help to other team members. You share with the team what’s working and what needs improvement and present a couple of solutions to improve the content creation process. You also learn about the latest changes to the roadmap the team is working on and take the lead to follow up with the respective stakeholders. Equally you could be engaged in a discussion around certification, or learner journeys in our Learning Experience platform.
Later in the day, you check in with one of the training teams to review the progress of a particular course and make sure everything is in place. Then, you share your input on a few tweaks and instructional strategies that would elevate the learning experience. You love what you do, take your mission seriously, lead from the front, and deliver results. apply now
